International Buyer Package

*A. We will arrange min.of 4 - 7 meetings for you as per your selected exhibitors during show days at our Business Matching Zone (20-22 Sep 2023). You can select to have 1 room night stay with Minimum 4 conducted meetings or 2 room night Stay with minimum 7 conducted meetings and above required at our official hotel. (a portal link with passcode to arrange your own pre-matched making will be sent later if you qualified as our buyer) - this question is only for the international applicant. *This activity does not provide the interpreter onsite.

***In case there is a no show in the confirmed meetings according to scheduled, date/time and venue or no show in our official hotel that we have booked for you (once you got confirmed as a buyer) there will be a charge of 3,600.00 THB per room night for the International Buyer. The Organizers reserve the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject or refuse application of any Applicant/Buyer without providing any reason. The Organizers reserve the right to amend the program mechanics at any given time without prior notice.
